AI Transparency Notice
We use artificial intelligence to analyze property disclosures and provide insights. Here's what you should know about how AI processes your data.
Our AI features may process:

5. Google Workspace and Google API Data
Your Google data stays under your control
Connecting Google is optional. Remi's Google email feature is intended for messages you review and confirm before sending. The requested Gmail permission does not allow Remi to read or monitor your inbox.
If you choose to connect Google Workspace, we request only the Google API access needed to provide the features you ask Remi to perform:
- Identity: Your name, email address, and basic profile information to identify and link the Google account you select.
- Gmail: The
gmail.sendpermission allows Remi to send messages. It does not grant permission to read, scan, or monitor messages in your Gmail inbox. The Google email feature is intended for messages you review and confirm before sending. - Google Calendar: The
calendar.eventspermission to view calendar events and create, update, or remove events when you ask Remi to work with them. - Google Drive: The
drive.filepermission, limited to files you select for Remi or files Remi creates for you. It does not provide general access to all files in your Drive.
We store OAuth credentials using encryption and use and retain Google user data only to the minimum extent and for the minimum time necessary to deliver the user-facing feature you requested, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We may use service providers, including AI processing providers, only to fulfill those requested features on our behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
Google's Limited Use requirements restrict how we and our service providers may handle Google user data, including restrictions on advertising, credit or lending decisions, and developing, improving, or training generalized AI or machine learning models.
You can disconnect Google from Remi in your account settings or revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops future access. To request deletion of Google user data or related OAuth credentials, email help@homeinsightai.com; we will delete the data unless retention is required by law.
HomeInsight, Inc.'s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs through HomeInsight AI will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
