Data Deletion Instructions

HomeInsight, Inc. operates HomeInsight AI and the Remi assistant, including Remi on WhatsApp. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email help@homeinsightai.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number you used to message us on WhatsApp (with country code), and the email address on your HomeInsight AI account if you have one.
3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.

What happens next

We will delete your account data, WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message history, and uploaded files within 30 days of confirming your request. We may keep a limited record only where the law requires it, such as transaction records kept for tax purposes, and we will delete those when the retention period ends.

Deleting data on our side does not delete messages stored on your own device or held by WhatsApp or Meta. To stop receiving messages from us, tell us to stop or block our number in WhatsApp.
